Rain is predicted to start on Tuesday 2/12/2019, causing considerable snow melt and water runoff.  If drains are compacted with ice and snow, the water will have nowhere to go, and flooding could occur..

Please take a minute to check the surface drain near your unit.  Make sure it is clear of ice, snow and debris.

Our drains should be in fairly good condition – we have done work on them over the past two years.
