All owners are invited to attend the Annual Meeting of the Marymoor Trails Homeowners Association on Monday February 17, 2020 at 6:30PM at the offices of Morris Management – 325 118^th Ave SE, #204, Bellevue, WA.

We will discuss the financial condition of the Association, planned major projects, and ongoing repairs.  This is a good opportunity for owners to bring questions, concerns or requests and discuss them with fellow owners and the Board.

If you cannot attend in person, or just as a good safeguard in case you are unable to attend at the last minute, please help us by signing and returning the Proxy Form you received in the mail.  This ensures we have legal representation to conduct business.
