All homeowners are invited and welcome to join us for the Annual Meeting of Marymoor Trails Homeowners this coming Monday at 6:00pm via Zoom.

The Annual Meeting is important for all owners — new as well as long-time residents. We give reports on buildings, finances, maintenance and landscape and a look ahead at the coming year.

This year, due to the persistence of Covid, we will again meet via Zoom. Watch for meeting information from Tim Hollingshead at Morris Management.

If you are unable to participate in person, you can fill out a Proxy Form to delegate a neighbor or Board member to represent you. This participation counts toward our legal quorum, and allows us to officially vote and conduct business.
