This is an especially important meeting for all owners — new as well as long-time residents. Reports will be given on buildings, finances, maintenance and landscape. There will be an important discussion of critical issues.

This year, due to the persistence of omicron variant Covid-19, we will meet via Zoom. Please take time to attend this important discussion.

Meeting information has been sent by Morris Management to all homeowners. If you are unable to call in, please fill out a Proxy Form to delegate a neighbor or Board member to represent you. This participation counts toward our legal quorum, and allows us to officially vote and conduct business.
