Important changes have been made to the Marymoor Trails HOA Master Insurance Policy.  Deductible is now $50,000, whereas previously it was $10,000.

This means that all owners need to be sure they are covered by their own individual insurance policies (called “H-06” or “Coverage A – Dwelling Coverage”) up to $50,000.

In addition, HOA insurance coverage now requires that thermostats in all units be kept to at least at 55 degrees, even when unoccupied.

What you need to do:

• Contact your insurance agent to change coverage if needed. 
• Call into the Board Meeting on May 16 if you have questions.
• Watch for detailed policy information from Morris Management.
