This morning between 8 and 11am, Gene from AMG walked the property with Michael to build a list of general repairs for this spring and summer. This list will be reconciled and merged with reports of issues received from unit owners over the past several months with work to begin in May and run through the entire summer as weather and scheduling permits.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, May 1st, and likely through this week, the inspection work will continue with the AMG crew going up on ladders to reach the roofs and decks not visible from the ground to look for other necessary repairs for the list. Please be aware and don’t get too spooked by noises on the roof or folks on ladders near your windows.

While on the roofs, the AMG crew is directed to clear the shingled surface and gutter guards with leaf blowers. Additionally, while the leaf blowers are out, we’ve directed AMG to clean up any decks that may still have debris from the winter. Every deck already cleared by owners saves us money of having AMG clear it. Thank you to the owners who have already cleared their decks! Also a shout out to the folks who have a debris-covered deck with a debris-covered broom sitting out on it. Thanks for the laugh.

If there are any other general issues you have noticed around the outside of your unit, please speak up soon to Tim at Morris Management to have your issues merged with the grand 2019 maintenance list. If you speak up late this summer, you’ll run the risk of your issue waiting until next year’s list.
