We apologize to residents in Buildings I, J and K. Scheduled pressure washing of aggregate patio behind those units again did not take place as we had been told to expect, on Thursday June 20. Many residents removed patio furniture in preparation for the pressure washing.

We checked with our contractor to see what happened. They told us they were unexpectedly short several crew members, and could not do this as planned. They apologized for the delay and assured us they will be out this coming Monday, June 24.

We’re all looking forward to getting the aggregate patios cleaned of moss in preparation for summer. Thank you for your patience while we get this straightened out.
