We’ve heard from several residents that Puget Sound Energy has contacted them about caulking around PSE electric meters, which are located on the outside of every unit. Do nothing now.

We will dispatch our subcontractor handyman Gene to remove all excess caulking around meters. This will allow PSE to remove the old meter, and replace it with a new upgraded meter. Current meters are at the end of their life.

When Gene has completed the excess caulking removal, we will let everyone know. Then you can call PSE to schedule meter replacement. We have tried doing it on behalf of the whole Marymoor Trails community, but PSE is adamant that each homeowner must contact them to schedule personally, due to their privacy policy.
