Due to an unanticipated major maintenance expense, we will not be doing pressure washing of walkways and patios.

You will see Gene and his crew doing pressure washing of all the curbs in the complex, to remove moss as part of our landscaping efforts.

We have a major maintenance expense for deck repair on Bldg. M, running $20,000 more than budgeted.  We will save money by not pressure washing walkways and patios.  These were done last year and are still in good shape.

We will continue to watch for areas of moss buildup and do pressure washing as needed.
