The first meeting of 2021 will be on Monday January 11 via Skype.

We open each Board Meeting with Homeowners Forum. This is an opportunity for any resident to bring questions or concerns or get updates. If you have anything to discuss, you are welcome to join us at 10:00AM sharp for Homeowners Forum.

Please note this is a regular Board Meeting. The Annual Meeting of Homeowners will take place in February 2021. More information regarding the Annual Meeting will be forthcoming from Morris Management.

Due to coronavirus, we will continue to meet via Skype for the foreseeable future.
