Temperatures are forecast to dip well below freezing this week. 

Please remember to put insulated hose bibb covers on all outdoor faucets.  Uncovered faucets can result in frozen pipes inside walls of units.  This can result in broken pipes and water damage.

If you do not cover your hose bibbs and your pipes freeze and break, you will be responsible for the cost of repairs.  Damage caused by negligence, misuse, or neglect will be billed back to the unit owner.

Please remember to put your hose bibb covers on, and protect your unit from freezing pipes, broken pipes and water damage to your unit.
