EMERALD CITY CHIMNEY CLEANING

Just a reminder that Emerald City Chimney Cleaning will be onsite all day tomorrow, servicing all units.

Each unit will first be inspected from the outside. Emerald City will be on the roof viewing each chimney by camera. Chimneys that are dirty and need to be cleaned will need to be accessed from inside the unit. If you have not used your fireplace since the last cleaning several years ago, no inside access will be required.

Please be aware you will see and hear Emerald City on the roof as they perform their inspection. This is an important fire safety procedure. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Tim Hollingshead at Morris Management.
