Gutters Update

Gutters for I, J, and K building are currently scheduled to be completed on October 25th. We had a delay with these buildings due to missing fascia boards at the roof lines. The original builder of our property attached the gutters directly to the siding on these buildings without supporting fascia boards at the top. … Continue reading "Gutters Update"

Painting Update

Casa Bonita is back and will be finishing their work with I building in between any bouts of rain over the next few weeks. As of Monday afternoon, the contractors were scraping the South side of I building and proceeding around to the other sides. Buildings J and K are complete for the season.
