The Annual Meeting is where we discuss finances, plans for the coming year with all homeowners. You have received materials from Morris. Please take a moment to review these and fill out a proxy form. It is important that we have a quorum (legal majority) represented, so we can conduct business. Please take a moment to fill out a proxy form, even if you plan to attend in person – just in case something comes up (like flu?)
- Give your proxy to any Board member, or
- Fax/mail to Morris Management, or
- Take a photo and email to Tim Hollingshead thollingshead@morrismanagment.com.
