Residents will see substantial excavation work around Bldg I, and between Bldgs I-J-L during the next few weeks.  Work will begin July 20 and continue as long as needed.

• Excavation of buried drainage pipes along Bldg I facing the mailboxes.  Drainage pipes have been crushed and need to be replaced, in order to adequately drain the property.
• Major drainage work between Bldgs I-J, including digging up old pipe, replacing with new pipe, and extending drainage down through the rockery next to Bldg L.

During this work, residents should expect to see heavy equipment, work crews, materials onsite, and lots of noise.
