We just spoke with Gene the Handyman and his crew who are blowing off the roofs on Bldg D right now. Their next project this morning (Monday June 22) is to blow off the roof of Bldg I, and then pressure wash the patios and walkways of Bldg I.

If you have furniture on your patios, be aware of roof cleaning – it will blow dirty roof debris all over anything below. You will want to move furniture and nice plants out of the way. If you see Gene’s crew working near your unit, you may want to ask them when they will do your building — we do not have a timetable from them.
