Board of Directors
Special Project Briefing

We do not usually have a Board meeting in December.  However the Marymoor Trails Board of Directors will convene for a detailed briefing by Jehan Bharucha – Project Manager, and Tim Hollingshead – Morris Management.

The purpose is to update the Board on roofing for Bldgs. E and M.  We anticipate discussing status of permits from City of Redmond, scope of work/repairs, possible contractors, and costs.

We will not have Homeowners Forum at this meeting.  However we will immediately summarize the briefing and distribute notes to all homeowners so everyone can stay advised.
