Roof, Deck and Fence Work

Our Handyman Gene and his crew will have materials next week, and will start cleaning and repairing roofs, decks and fences.

During roof work, we want folks to know so they can perhaps park their cars inside or in another spot if they don’t want stuff blown on them. Roof work includes moss removal, blowing off debris, pressure washing, checking chimney flanges and doing necessary repairs. If your car is parked in front of your garage, a lot of messy stuff could fall onto it during this work.

Deck work and fence work will also be done. Deck work includes inspections and spot repairs, as well as entire Trex replacements. If you have been told your deck is going to be replaced with Trex, it is your responsibility to remove items from the deck to allow work to be done,

Fence work includes spot repairs and in some instances whole replacements. If your fence is going to be replaced, it is your responsibility to remove items hanging on fences to allow work to be done.

You will see crews working around your units. If you have questions on timing, or scope of work to be done around your unit, please contact Tim Hollingshead at Morris Management.
