With freezing temperatures, it’s time to dig around in the garage and find that outdoor faucet cover! Cover your outside hose faucets to protect from freezing overnight.

It is the responsibility of each resident to cover and protect outside faucets and pipes from freezing.  Pipes inside the garage walls can freeze and break if the outside faucet is not covered. Foam faucet covers are available for a few dollars at Home Depot or similar.

If pipes freeze and break, they cause water damage inside the walls, and repair will be the responsibility of the homeowner.
