Freezing temperatures are on us – remember to cover outdoor faucets to keep pipes from freezing.

Outdoor faucet covers are cheap and effective.  If an outdoor faucet is uncovered, pipes will freeze and break. Water leaks inside the walls.

If a unit is damaged by broken pipes due to an uncovered outdoor faucet, the owner is financially responsible.

Take a minute to put on the cover. If you don’t have one, swing by a hardware store – they are inexpensive.
