Residents will see many work crews onsite during our busy summer repair months of July and August.  Handyman Gene and his crew will do a series of passes through the property, doing work in this order:

• Roof-based work – including chimneys, flashing in corners, and leaks
• Siding work – including patching holes, replacing damaged areas, caulking and repainting patches
• Fence work – including stabilizing fences, replacing worn or cracked boards, repainting after repairs
• Building odds and ends

Later in the season, residents will also see:

• Deck repairs for wooden decks – including replacing soft boards, or replacing entire deck surfaces if the deck is in really bad condition
