All Marymoor Trails homeowners and residents are reminded that power washing of decks, walkways, patios and common areas will be taking place.

Handyman Gene and his crew will be working on the front and back of all buildings and units. They will work with owners and residents to remove patio furniture and plants in advance of power washing.

Please be aware that Gene and his crew will be working near buildings, near windows, on private patios and in close common spaces. This work will start Friday June 19, and will continue into next week until work is completed.
