Insulated Covers on Outdoor Faucets

Temperatures are dipping overnight into low 30’s.  This means freezing temperatures at ground level near hose bibbs.

Please remember to put insulated covers on all outdoor faucets.  Uncovered faucets can result in frozen pipes inside walls of units.  This can result in broken pipes and water damage.

If you do not cover your outdoor faucets and your pipes freeze and break, you will be responsible for the cost of repairs.  Damage caused by negligence, misuse, or neglect will be billed back to the unit owner.

Please remember to put your insulated covers on, and protect your unit from freezing pipes, broken pipes and water damage to your unit.
